COURSES

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Registering details on a booking form, or on line, will constitute a booking and all bookings will be subject to these terms and conditions
2. Invoices will be issued upon receipt of a booking. Payment is required by the date of the course or within 30 days of the invoice date whichever is earlier. The attendee and the employer are jointly and severally liable for payment of all fees due
3. All invoices are liable for payment regardless of attendance, unless a cancellation is notified to us in writing at least 7 days before the event, in which case a full refund will be made, subject to deduction of an administration charge of £30.00 plus VAT.
4. If a particular individual is unable to attend a substitute may attend in his or her place although any changes should be notified to us beforehand
5. We reserve the right to change the venue, programme, speakers or course content where necessary without prior notice.
6. We reserve the right to cancel courses in which case a full refund will be given, but we will have no further liability We accept no liability if a course cannot take place for reasons beyond our control.
7. Although every effort is made to ensure that information provided is correct we do not take responsibility for any inaccuracies

For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2018 (and any statutory modification or re-enactment of the same) attendees agree to us processing their personal data and holding the same on our databases. Collective Learning does not share this information with other companies or businesses for marketing purposes. CONFERENCES AND EVENTS

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Once a booking has been made and confirmed, this is a commitment to pay for attendance at the event and is subject to the cancellation conditions stated below. Payment will be required within the specified terms on the booking invoice.
2. Invoices will be issued upon receipt of a booking. Payment is required by the date of the event. The attendee and the employer are jointly and severally liable for payment of all fees due.
3. We accept no liability if an event cannot take place for reasons beyond our control.
4. Although every effort is made to ensure that information provided is correct we do not take responsibility for any inaccuracies.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations should be received in writing by email to: info@collectivelearning.co.uk
Name changes are permitted without charge 7 days prior to commencement of the event.
Should there be a cancellation of a confirmed booking or non-arrival by a delegate, the school will be liable for a cancellation fee and the following charges will apply:
