This session will firstly identify and explain both the essential Humanities learning skills and ways in which cross-curricular skills can be naturally and easily integrated into teaching, learning and assessment activities.Secondly, it will explore case studies of topics/projects/challenges (PS1 – 3) which exemplify and reinforce all the issues, skills and methods discussed earlier in the session and

HISTORY and GEOGRAPHY - Don Trueman supports primary school planning for skills development in History. In more recent years he’s offered support for Geography at primary level and also runs his own consultancy, offering training, teaching sessions and planning / teaching / learning resources. Don Trueman was previously an LEA adviser.
