What is Design and Technology? What are the different aspects that should be covered in this discipline? How can we ensure progression? How effective teaching and learning enable all learners to make meaningful progress?
This will be an exciting, practical course where delegates can develop their understanding of mechanisms, mechanical systems, structures, textiles, electrical/electronic systems. Staff will be able to use real tools safely as they explore the different materials used in D&T.

- Suggestions of the tools, materials and resources needed to ensure quality experiences.
